Girls' and Boys' Assistant Deans needed for the 2010-2011 School Year.
The task force assistant dean works under the direction of the head dean supervising the physical, spiritual and social care of the dormitory and the residents. The assistant dean lives in the dorm and will become acquainted with and help enforce the policies of DAA. Duties will include supervision of student activities, worships, study halls and work programs and transportation of students as delegated by the administration. The assistant dean is expected to participate in and help supervise Sabbath and weekend activities.
The assistant dean should have experience working with and building relationships with youth in a leadership position. The assistant needs to be at least 21 years old and hold a valid drivers license. The applicant should be ready to furnish the names of at least three references who can attest to high spiritual and ethical standards. College experience is a definite plus.
