Shall We Gather at the River

On the Sabbath of graduation weekend,  Dakota Adventist Academy students and staff along with many family members and friends

gathered together on the banks of the Missouri River to witness the baptisms of five DAA students!  Daewan Koh (12th), Chris Tastad (12th), Connor McCain (11th), Amanda Tastad (12th) and Brennan Altsman (11th) publically gave their hearts to Jesus that afternoon.  DAA Chaplain, Robyn Griffin, has been conducting Bible studies with these students for the past few weeks, preparing them for baptism.  With the cold weather and the colder water, their joy for this day shone through the clouds.  We are overjoyed at the commitment of these five students as well as of Derek Keller who was baptized earlier this year, for their commitment to God, for their leadership on campus, and for their lives of service to His Kingdom.
